Why access cards help
Access cards are common at Nigerian & African weddings because guest lists grow fast. A card shows that a guest was invited, & it helps your security team keep the gate calm.
If you also have a wedding website, approved guests receive a digital entry pass by SMS & WhatsApp. Printed cards are useful for elders & guests who prefer something in their hand.
What we design
- Access cards for each guest or each table
- Cards for different events or areas, if you need them
- A QR code that matches your wedding website
All in the same look as your invitations & signs.
Tips
- Decide how cards are handed out. By each family, or with the invitation.
- Plan for extra guests. Decide with both families how many cards each side gets.
- Brief your security team. Show them a card before the day.
