What your security team sees

When a guest arrives, your team enters their entry code. The portal shows who the code belongs to, with their photo, & whether they are allowed a plus-one. If the face matches the code, they tap Check in.

A forwarded invitation or a copied code is not enough to get in, because your team checks the person as well as the code.

Why it matters

The gate is where many wedding problems start: uninvited guests, arguments & long queues. A clear check-in process keeps the line moving & protects the guests you invited.

It also helps your caterer. When only approved guests come in, the food & seats you planned for are enough.

Tips for the day

• Choose your door team early. Two or three people who know both families well work best.
• Practise before the day. Show the team the portal & let them test a code.
• Decide who handles problems. Pick one person from each family to handle guests without a code.
• Keep a phone charger at the gate. The portal runs on a phone, so keep it charged.
