How the RSVP works

Guests fill in the RSVP once. Nobody gets in automatically: each reply waits for you to approve it in your dashboard. When you approve a guest, their personal entry code is sent to them by SMS & WhatsApp. That code is their entry pass for the day.

This keeps your numbers real. Your caterer, venue & decorator can plan for the guests you have approved, not for everyone who saw a forwarded invitation.

Tips for Nigerian & African weddings

• Decide your plus-one rule early. Talk to both families before you send the link, so you approve replies quickly & fairly.
• List every event. If you are hosting an introduction, an engagement & a wedding, put them all on the invitation, even if only some guests are invited to each.
• Write the time zone. If family are coming from abroad, write the local time next to each event.
• Share the link where people talk. Post it in each family WhatsApp group, & ask one person on each side to help older relatives reply.
